Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill in Scottsdale is teaming up with the iconic cognac brand Rémy Martin for an exclusive Lunar New Year collaboration dinner. This special event, celebrating the Year of the Horse, will take place on the evening of Thursday, February 19, 2026.

The highlight of the evening will be a three-course menu expertly paired with custom cocktails created by guest mixologist Jason Asher of Juniper & Jigger Hospitality Co. Asher, a celebrated and award-winning figure in the Phoenix cocktail scene, is known for his innovative and technique-driven approach to mixology.

The Lunar New Year for 2026 ushers in the Year of the Horse, which is the seventh animal in the Chinese zodiac. The Year of the Fire Horse officially begins on February 17, 2026.
